What is LinkedIn?

LinkedIn is another social media site where you can build your brand and connect with like-minded individuals from all over the world. It is considered to be more professional than Facebook or Twitter. The reason why people say that, it’s because in LinkedIn you can create what I like to call a “virtual resume”. We all know that employers these days are using social media sites to evaluate future employees. Whether you agree or not with this idea, the fact of the matter is employers are doing it. If you are looking for a new job and want to stay ahead of the competition, I suggest you visit the site so you can start creating your own virtual resume.

Why LinkedIn?

I think the right answer for that is ” WHY NOT??”. The more social media sites you can have a presence on the better. Whether you are looking for a job, business opportunity, or looking to sell your product, having a presence on LinkedIn only gives you more credibility.
